If NAA identifies your company as a non-exhibiting supplier, you will be notified and required to register as a Non-Exhibiting Supplier registration at $2,500. To access the site and register your booth personnel or book housing, each NAA Exhibitor Contact was emailed their company ID from NAA's Registration & Housing Bureau (J.Spargo & Associates). Change/Substitution and Cancellation Policy


Substitutions

All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing by 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday, June 18, 2012 and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. A letter from the original registrant must be accompanied by the substitution request. After Monday, June 18, 2012 all changes must be processed onsite in the Boston Convention & Exposition Center and are subject to the $25 administrative fee per name change.

Event Changes

All event changes or additions must be submitted in writing by 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday, June 18, 2012. After this date, changes must be made onsite.


Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations are subject to a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. PST on Friday, February 3, 2012 will receive a full refund minus the mandatory administrative fee. Cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. PST on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 will receive a 50% refund (administrative fee not applied). NO REFUNDS will be permitted after Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the NAA Registration & Housing Bureau, 11208 Waples Mill Rd., Ste 112, Fairfax, VA 22030, or emailed to naaregistration@jspargo.com.
